I have been getting massages from Ben Young for years. He is the absolute best massage therapist in town. Ben is very intelligent when it comes to body/muscle anatomy and is wonderful at explaining what is happening as your muscles release their stress. I have been receiving deep tissue massages for year due to holding stress in my shoulders and lower back, as well as having a job that requires me to sit a good amount of the time. Ben is amazing at checking your muscles to see what is going on and addressing it. If you love deep tissue massages, I suggest you try his Ashiatsu massage; I was skeptical at first, but I will never go back!

I had my first massage with Rachel in late 2019, and it was incredible—the perfect amount of pressure, conversation, and relaxation. I got her contact information and vowed to return. Unfortunately, like many others, 2020 threw me for a complete loop, and I didn't revisit Rachel until late 2021. But, oh man, did I need it! I began seeing her once a month, and each experience has been amazing. For 60 minutes each month, I completely relax and enjoy a soothing, therapeutic massage that helps both my body and soul recover from life. I highly recommend Rachel and can't wait for my massage each month!

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia. At my last visit with Livi I briefly explained that it was extremely inflamed. She said “ let me see what I can do”. The next morning I ate breakfast and smiled without pain. This is huge considering it is severe pain. I also see her monthly for degeneration of my spine. Her treatment is exceptional! It alleviates my need for pain relievers and I am able to do my desk job without being in tears. My husband loves that I go because he doesn’t have to rub my back constantly. I highly recommend this business and Livi.
